How do I book a Birthday Party?

Where Can I get the Birthday Party Waivers?

Are Parents allowed on the floor with the participants? 

Parents may view from the lobby or from the upstairs windows. Only the birthday persons parents may enter the gym floor.

Do I have to sign a waiver for every party I attend?

You must fill in a waiver for each person participating in the party.

A waiver is required to be filled out for every party attended at Mariposa Gymnastics Inc.

Do I need to come earlier than my party time to set up?

No.  You will be able to set up your party room with decorations, food, ect while the participants are on the gym floor with the coaches.

Does Mariposa Gymnastics Inc provide food and cake?

No, we do not.

Do you have a fridge or freezer to put food and cake in?

Yes, we have a fridge and freezer to store food and cakes.

Who is responsible for the children?

During the hour and fifteen minutes on the gym floor the coaches are responsible for the participants.  When the party moves to the party room, the parents/guardians are responsible for the participants.

Can we get more time on the floor or in the party room after our party?

No.  We run our parties back to back and we cannot add extra time.

What should the children wear?

The participants should come in sports type clothing, with bare feet and long hair pulled back.

How much does a party cost?

Package A - 10 Kids - $150 +HST

Package B - 15 Kids - $200 +HST

Package C - 20 Kids - $250 +HST

Is there an age limit?

No.  The birthday parties can also be used as group bookings, family gatherings, for teenagers, sports team bonding, ect.

When and where can I pay?

All bookings must be paid for in full on line at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Exceptions can be made in cases of emergency and sickness.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Bookings can be made at any time up until June 2024.

What is included in the party package? 

We provide one hour and fifteen minutes on the gym floor supervised by certified coaches.  After the fun on the floor you will move to your party room for 45 minutes of food, cake and presents.

What do I need to bring to the party?

Suggested items are decorations, plates, cutlery, food, cake, candles and lighter.

Can I get a tour of the facilities?

If you would like to see the party room or which side of the gym you have booked in person, please visit Monday to Thursday 9am-12pm.

Can you hold a spot?

A birthday party reservation is only complete once you have chosen a date, time, side of the gym and paid for the party in full on our website.. Book your desired Birthday Party here by viewing our live booking calendar.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?

Are parents included in the guest count?

No.  Only the children/participants participating on the gym floor are included in the guest count.

Are you a nut-free facility?

While we do our best to not cross contaminate, we cannot guarantee that we are a nut free facility.

I have booked my party, now what?!

You will recieve a confirmation email, including your invoice.   Then a week prior to your party you will receive another email stating rules and reminders for the gym.

We find email is best for all information needed. Mariposa Gymnastics Inc is a very busy place and we can’t always get to the phone. Please email info@mariposagymnastics.ca with the required information.
