Refund Policies

We appreciate your business!

All payments are due prior to the beginning of your program.

Please be sure of the package you choose…

After classes have begun, we regret that we will not be able to offer refunds on all packages for any reason as we are saving space especially for you. Before classes begin we do offer a full refund less the $35 insurance fee.

COVID Closure: Closure due to pandemic will be credited to each person for any classes missed.

Illness: No refunds or credits will be provided for any illness, however if a gymnast misses more than 4 classes due to illness we will make every effort to make up classes if there is space in another time slot.

Make Up Classes: We do not make up classes due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Cancelled classes will be announced on our website www.mariposagymnastics.ca, our Facebook page, Instagram or listen to our answering machine at 705-325-3754 if you are in doubt!!!
